Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

Delivery Schedule We will normally despatch your order to you within 24 hours. International orders are generally received by you within 10 days.

We have learned from experience not to make promises regarding delivery. We aim simply to provide you with a reliable service at a reasonable cost. To keep our prices competitive we do not keep huge stocks of any particular item. No matter how good our stock control, there will occasionally be times when a particular item is not immediately available.

Sometimes this will be due to overwhelming demand, and sometimes it will be due to circumstances beyond our control, such as the item having gone to reprint or out of print. You should be aware that your credit card is charged automatically online at the time you place your order. Back Orders If the item you require is not in stock it will automatically be back ordered for you and supplied when new stock arrives, usually within 7-10 days. Occasionally we have may difficulty obtaining the item you require from the publisher. If this is the case we will endeavour to inform you how long the wait is likely to be and we will ask you to either confirm or cancel your order.

You must inform us within 7 days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
Tax Charges Printed music is currently zero-rated for VAT in the UK.

On all accessories, music gifts and other eligible items, VAT is currently charged at 20% in the UK. This is included in the price shown in our online catalogue.
